Tornado Warning for Crawford County, PA

ok here is the story.i was sleeping and all the sudden my brother calls me and tells me there is a tornado warning so i head down to the cellar i come back up a couple minutes later and that's when i filmed the video .o.k my basement is scary. i mean really scary! like there's this creepy closet down there that place is messed up!and there's a black spot in the basement . Oddly The Siren (7T) Did not sound
