In 2003, a new prog-trance project arose. Solid Globe, the guise of Nic Vegter and Raz Nitzan, indulged the world with their 'North Pole'. A true club stormer, securing the second position of the Dutch Dance Chart and growing into a real-deal trance classic.
And the story continues. Nearly eight years later, two successful producers reworked 'North Pole' and offer us two tempting new versions of the beloved club anthem. British talent Ben Gold, who hit the scene with his heavily-supported 'Sunstroke', 'Today' and most recent W&W collab 'Breaking The Rules', gave 'North Pole' a tight rework. His style, based on powerful synths and a deep and dark energetic feel, makes a perfect combo with the original's melodic main line.
Italy's finest DJ and producer Giuseppe Ottaviani once again shows he knows his tricks, by creating an outstanding remix of 'North Pole'. He remains on the uplifting edge and expands the main theme with some snare-driven kick-off elements.
