This is a TAS - that's why you're using an emulator and why "she" can dodge bullets coming from the left side without warning - a real player would move to the middle or right of the screen to have time to react, not stay on the left until the last moment. Autistic savants often develop remarkable talents, but they can't fundamentally alter reaction time - physiology.

There is no 6 year old "brain damaged/autistic-like" girl, is there?
