Correction, this is not a peacock pose or any variation of the pose. This is a forearm stand that can be deepened into the Scorpion pose. In the peacock pose, the body is prone with the elbows pressed into the abdomen area with palms of hands and fingers pointing towards the feet. The body is balanced on the hands.
yeah, but yoga requires different strength than maybe what you're used to working out for. your muscles are probably used not used to things like body resistance, if they are i guess just use a wall until you can get this right. :) i hope i've helped!
