this bldg is located within 100 yards of as many night clubs. if u r thinking of buying a condo in this bldg, then say goodbye to sleep till after death. condos in this bldg are projected to fall below the $50K mark by 2015. smart people should just rent.

Do NOT buy a condo in Miami unless you are sure that you gonna spend the rest of your life here. The condo business will NOT turn around until 2020! Till then any one buying anything in Miami will be a loser let alone condos.

I have a friend on the Upper East Side of Miami proper, who bought his house for $150K in 2000. Highest valuation he's reported to me was $450K nowhere near the top of the bubble. How much now? Anybody's guess. But since he did improvements to it, it will never meet $150K again, unless Miami turns into another Detroit LOL.

I live in the bldg next door. by the way i am a Miami native and yes. There are only devils here. lol.. Jesus is sad but true...Thats why i leaving home. Thats sucks huh leaving Home !

ok guys listen to this adage: good things come to those who wait. miami is full of devils. in fact, it is rare to meet human beings in miami. all i am saying that the ball is in buyers' court and dont give the ball back. just stay cool and hold out until 2011 not 2010. i was too optimistic 8 months ago.
