Im messsing around with some Console Commands on Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare.
Console Commands:
All weapons - give all
God mode - god
Flight Mode - ufo
Enemies Ignore you - notarget
Full ammunition - give ammo
Set Gravity (default 39) - jump_height (number)
Set speed (default 1.00) - timescale (number)
player_sustainAmmo - you never run out of ammo

you could use sf_use_ignoreammo 1 to lol for inf ammo

commands I found:
player_sprintspeedscale # adjusts your sprint speed
ai_spawn (or something like that) sets wether enemy ai spawns or not
