@MortalGamer1 looks like they looked at Dick Tracy to improve LA Noire, nobody's shooting at you while you're driving (usually), all your clues are with you in a notebook, and you can load your progress when you die.

@tony711978 I didn't rent this game over 20 years ago, I got this game at a Dragon's Den back in 2009 and I played it and it was so hard.

@caller347 Titus doesn't make "Dick Tracy", Bandai (now Namco Banbai) does make this game. Screw the developers at Namco Bandai for making it one of the worst game in NES history.

@DetectiveSocks I was about 13 years old when it was taken place. I lived in the projects with my parents after my dad has passed away. I don't go on a Halloween party with themselves while living in the Red Hook section of Brooklyn. I also remember walking around Court Street in Carroll Gardens on a Halloween night when kids walking around and give them candy and sometimes dressed as Dick Tracy. I was Walter Winchell at the time, but not Dick Tracy.
