Actually you don't need to contact anyone at all. needed visa to vietnam! Fly straight to Hanoi, at the airport, booths that book tour will tell you anything you need to know or where you want to go. we booked a train to sapa, took all night to get there. once you got to sapa, alot hmong girls walk around and they really nice and willing to help you. Yog lawv paub tias koj yog hmoob mas lawv xav xav nrog koj tham. I don't know about other, but us, we make friends just a day.
