  • @olympicfitness I get involved in crossfit because after a few years I see it as a way to have someone push me through a workout that really gets me in shape, and it has. I do see your criticisms of it. I hate how they have people do lift like cleans or snatch and hardly teaching them. They do a lot of reps and near the end they are tired and have poor form. I have lifted for years at one point and I am smart enough to do light weight, so it helps me but not others so much.

  • Why oh why oh why oh why would you get anyone to do this exercise?!?!?!

    I have now seen enough Cross Fit videos to make me want to outlaw them.

    1. Supra maximal training every session.

    2. Lifting technique I can only describe as... "SHITE"!!!

    3. Ridiculous exercises in a muscle that is, according to epidemiology, the worst affected through bad posture...

    Whoever the G.I. is that invented this notion needs locking up and given burpees until the day he dies.
