Not familiar with the brutus system but, how does the lid seal with the pot to function as a fermentor (stay airtight)?

Good Stuff !! Thanks for sharing.. Looks like the way to go.. Done stove top brewing and bottleing. Lots of work keeping everything so clean, give up on that method.

I want to thank you for sharing your design with the brewing community. I am in the process of designing a Brutus at the moment and I am really liking every aspect of your original design. I am a batch sparger still, so I will be a pump short of you but I am sure I'll add one later and partake in the fly sparging awesomeness...lol
