HEY FOLKS, I AM NO LONGER EMPLOYED BY DIGITECH SO FOR ANY TECHNICAL QUESTIONS PLEASE CONTACT THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT VIA THE TOLL FREE NUMBER ON THEIR WEBSITE. I DONT CHECK COMMENTS ON THESE VIDEOS OFTEN ANYMORE AND I DONT WANT TO LEAVE YOU HANGING. -RIKK

  • can i converts the presets from my rp255 ?

  • @haanbhai152 You can convert presets between the 155, 255 and 355 but they will not convert up to the RP500, RP1000 or GSP1101 due to EQ, Reverb and Delay types betwen the processors.

  • @rikkbeatty so are u trying to say there is no use of using x edit for me ? since i have rp 255

  • @haanbhai152 Nope thats not what I am saying. You can use X-Edit to edit all of your presets on your RP255. If you have DigiTech's preset converter though, it will not convert your presets from the RP255 to allow someone to use them on a RP500, RP1000, or GSP1101. The preset converter and X-Edit are two different pieces of software.

  • Can I convert presets from my Genesis 3 to my GSP-1101?

  • @tilyshimelstone Unfortunately no. Sorry about that. :-(

  • Regarding the RP1000. Can you link multiple parameter changes to a single footswitch? (like in the old GNX series control switches)

  • Rikk, I can not save Tone Library parameters to Amp B of a preset with X-edit or manual editing (rp355). Saving Tone Library Parameters To Amp A is no problem. I have a video on my channel (guitarrexok) explaining and demonstrating this issue. Is it possible to apply (& save) Tone Library parameters to Amp B of a preset? Thank you.

  • I wish they would have a firm ware up date fr my rp 255 I would love to have the 5150 amp model or the Mark IV
