Well, before Reading the comments I thought it really was a Girl from audiance. Here in Germany we have audiance-members taking Part in Acts at several fairs and haunted houses. And when I think of some Things that are Done to persons from audiance in e.g. stocks this really Gould Happen. Perhaps it happened for real and they decided to Act it...

I thought this was soooo funny when I was there last weekend, and I heard whispers of people in the audience with me that she was part of the show. Ive been going to the PA Faire for years and never have seen this show before so I didnt know, but it's funny that this is the SAME girl in this video (and same boyfriend name "Bob" too) as it was last weekend. Is part of the show, but still entertaining :-)

Was just there on Saturday and the exact same thing happened. Funny thing is that I saw this video the day before and didnt give a second thought now I know these people are all actors

Was just at the Ren Faire yesterday and saw the same act.. the ENTIRE day I couldn't get over that the dunked an audience member!! Now that I see this video... I realize how great the actors really are!! Really, really funny and VERY believeable!

and while the audience howls with laughter they savor every humiliating moment.

It has to be an act because I was there the last day of the fair and it happened then too.

She is actually a friend of mine and yes, she works there. If any of the cast members looks suprised it is beause they are all professional actors--only the best are given rolls in the ren fair (believe me; I auditioned) Yes, she was ment ta fall in the water. She walks away with the actor who plays "Mad Tom" and is taken inside a nearby building to be dried off and put into her cast member outfit.
Why do you think this show is only once a day? Awesome video, though. :)

This was not an act. This is the real deal. She was not supposed to be dunked. If you watch the expression of the Judge in the background it shows it was not supposed to happen.
