CPS is one of the biggest bunch of criminals operating as a private organization. Abusing children at will, raping them, covering it up. It is disgusting that judges and CPS directors are being convicted of pedophilia. Then there is no accountability if you can even get the matter addressed due to the conflicts of interest of others trying to protect each other. DISGUSTING>

If they disputed liability they would have to attend. Your concerns are in relation to criminal matters which is a matter for the police and CPS your case is a civil hearing, criminal law and civil law is completely seperate

right or not the reason why they do not have to come to court as this is not a criminal matter this is a civil matter so the idea is not about punishment as that is a matter for the criminal law. They will not have to attend as assume liability has been admitted in full and so there is no need for them to attend as the point is not about punishment. They will have admitted liability the trial will be to determine the amount of the compensation.

I feel badly for you. There is no excuse for a company to act that way. It is very sad indeed. Perhaps the consumers should send them a get well card.
