When we do nothing, EVIL triumphs! and goes looking for other doors to knock on,....probably ours eventually!

What Scott loper is saying is very true and the cops in this province and others have had there share of corruption that continues to this very day. I live not to far from where loper lived and have known that the police in Y, R AND PEEL AND DURHAM do have rouge officers that do take drugs from dealers and resale them to others .I have talked with cops that are friends and they also say this is so.
I am not saying all cops do this but there is a club of them that do.

Loper's story does not add up. Also, he was apparently a jail guard in New Jersey, a far cry from a deputy sheriff. Anyway, the whole story appears phony. Cheers.

This type of thing doesnt surprise me at all knowing that corruption is so pervasive throughout most of the governments as well as ours, In fact if it was none just how corrupt these people really are every gun and all the ammo would be sold buy now.

foodforchew- This story IS NOT a slur on the great Canadian people, just 7 Criminal Police Officers in Durham Region Ont. Their crimes were so egrigeous, the OPP &RCMP decided the Canadian public cannot lear about this.
During the FIRST Congressional Investigation, Canada denied that Mr. Loper had ever been in the Country! After being caught in that Lie, they ADMITTED to Violating his Vienna Convention Rights.
