Interesting to see the infulence that Apple has on product design and packaging on other companies! Either way looks like a great update to the first generation Kindle!

Why would you spend another 360 Bucks on a kindle 2 when you have kindle 1. I have kindle 1 and it works great. I definitely wouldn't spend another 360 bucks for just a few new features. The kindle 1 i think is great also.

At 3:24-25, aren't you confusing Kindle 1 and 2? FWIW, it's difficult to tell which model means "here" when they're both present on the screen.

Unfortunately, this video is aimed at people who already know the Kindle 1. Plus the reviewer, John Biggs, keeps referring to "this" or "that" without being specific about the feature that he's referring to, and without even pointing to the feature on screen. At one point, he compares the Kindle 1 and Kindle 2, and says "this one does x, while that one does y." But it's impossible to see which Kindle does which. A disappointment.
