Wanted to test out my new digital camera so decided to record my parkour training after 1 month. I think I'm getting slightly better. Still, a whole lot of improvement and corrections need to be done.
@Irdanwen Ah yeah, my rolls. Yeap there's the issue with the placement of my feet. Gonna work on that. Plus the running part. Thanks for the suggestions!
Fun stuff! Keep practicing :-). Your rolls are good, but check out some tutorials on the web to make them better. The point is to get both feet immediately ready to run after rolling.
On the whole, do everything faster. You seem to slow down before every obstacle. Measure your steps then go backwards five or six steps and run as fast as you can, or dare, before you do the jump. Have fun! Stop at nothing.
