  • This guy's a backwoods Canadian Idiot. No vision, no creativity, limited knowledge and most blatantly obvious has a poor grasp of culinary terminology, nice to see he's moved on from the Denim chef's gear though, where's the "Stone ground orange butter" idiot ?

  • It's also a flat fish and a round fish...not fat fish! I hope your knowledge doesn't say anything about how u cook! And, i'm assuming it doesn't...since I also cook Sole in White wine and dill!

  • IT'S PRONOUNCED "FA-LAY". It's French...didn't they teach u that in Culinary school?
