This is nothing bad at jose gonzalez, i adore all his music and lyrics, and play it on guitar too. But when i just now heard the text, it kinda sounds like hes talking about an old man who hes had enough of:S

abraham, the father of the three monotheistic religions.

it does seem as if he's singing about/against religion. "you were programmed a long time ago, your story's so old and your explanations" and "even though you mean well, most of the time, you made a delusion and created -" whatever he sings the songs amazing!

To me that's message which means a lot, especially if you're not taking the "old man" as just a person.
