This was recorded off of HBO's "Video Jukebox" back in the very early '80s. I dropped in a new soundtrack off of the CD. A great song by a great group.

It was probably my 4-head Panasonic VHS deck. I laid in a new stereo soundtrack because my Panasonic was mono.....along with everything else back then!

Heck yeah. I didn't have stereo cable OR a stereo VCR until years after it was introduced.

you are so right about that. even if MTV played music videos today, it wouldn't hold a candle to what we grew up with. i actually feel very honored and privliged to be a child of the 80's.

I love this song! It was 1982 and we finally got cable in our neighborhood, it was like Christmas and New Years. Big deal back then, sqiggly lines on the playboy channel and MTV....

This was one of the first and the best videos I remember seeing. Still brings me back, and the song has stood the test of time. It has aged well...

I remember watching MTV in the early 80's. I was about 11 or so and I was transfixed by the glow of its pulsing sexy seduction. Oh the hours wasted watching MTV when it was Music Television! This was one of my favorite and earliest video indulgences!

Yeah, Dee, I noticed he looks a lot like Rod Stewart also, - I thought it was Stewart the 1st time I saw the video..

My first Squeeze video! I saw Glenn Tilbrook in concert a few years ago and he still sounds great. My all time favorite band!

I personally disagree, although I respect your opinion. Good music videos have never ceased to exist (though there is a larger amount of purely shitty 'videos'), it's just a bit harder to find. Also this video is pretty lame compared to many others from its time, ijs. The song, however, fuckin' rocks!
