This is way too much work for a late night snack. And this is a go to snack? I would just blanch the green beans for a couple minutes and then toss with butter.

Okay you guys obviously don't know much about seasoning/food do you? She added small little pinches, maybe a one pinch twice with kosher salt. Which isn't even that much compared to iodized table.. Plus she added liquid like lemon juice, the zest AND water which would cut the salt short of being too salty.. & fleur de sel is a finishing salt so it's less powerful.. wow.. so many haters on Chow videos... get a life and learn before you agree with people.
