No, haven't met him, but I know quite a few of his songs because we dance to several of them in Line dancing and Ballroom "Whole New World", "Lady Lay Down", etc.

thanks dave. i agree that it may be more suited to a couples dance; Perhaps I have been watching too much Scent of a Woman tango and would hope that it isnt ever done in a line dance routine>;

i think that's just the way the majority of line dances are constructed. i've learned a lot of line dances and most of them are done to uptempo songs rather than ballads so there doesn't need to be that kind of connection. this song is more suited to a couples dance.

I believe what I am missing is the emotion or a connection to a wonderful song. The choreography and dancing is all there and done well but if line dancing does not have feelings then that might explain why I dont line dance.; good job;

it's a line dance and they are repetitive and you are supposed to dance on your own and do the same thing.

I truly don't mean to be rude, I just feel like some of the dance is repetitive. Its a wonderful song, and I love that you chose it, but perhaps, like stardriver123 said, there should be a portion where you dance together? It looks as though you are dancing on your own, but you both happen to be doing the same thing. However, I don't know what style of dance this is supossed to be, so I could be totally wrong.

Isn't this line dancing or something similar? You don't touch-dance in this kind of thing. I don't want this to sound rude or anything, but that's kind of like looking at a beautiful waltz and saying it should really include some breakdancing.

Different styles of dancing appeal to different people. If you think it would be a great Duet dance, go make your own video in THAT style - I'd come watch it.

Wonderful choreogrqaphy but perhaps part of the video should be accompanied by some closer contact dancing sorta like DIrty Dancing but much cleaner. Could be a great Duet dance.
