  • @mrravethewave1 It's called sparing and intense training.

  • Continual attack fatigue and stress constant stress. That's the effectiveness of Krav Maga training. Those that think in a real fight a few moves and it's over? That's Hollywood. In reality there will be stress, there will be fatigue, you will have to deal with oxygen deprivation and muscle fatigue. If you're not training in a self defense system that simulates that? You're wasting your time and you're going to get your ass kicked in a real fight.
