  • Beautiful! Which camera are you using and how did you mount it to the wing?

  • It was a Casio Exilim EX-S880 (about £100 on e-bay a year or so ago, possibly discontinued). So a still camera with a video function. There is a tie down hole in the wing tip. I made a "dart" with the camera up front, and a tail fin to try and keep it straight, and mounted it mid-way with a bolt through the wing tip. It wobbled a bit (wing tip vortex hitting the fin?), but I was mainly happy not to see it blow away altogether (there were a few glances to see it was still there).
