Hi there mohbaidli great turorials , I need some help pls, I did same as you but it did not deleted the 'information schema' database only one(th other with the database name), when I tried to delete it it shows me this error #1044 - Access denied for user 'mydatabasename'@'%' to database 'information_schema' .....I believe I have to grant myself all privilages before be able to delete this table...just a thought,,,I would appreciate your help with it . keep the good work thanks

I had used a 'script' from someone else in Joomla Extensions and it hosed (destroyed) my site. Good thing I had a backup.

Very nice tutorial. I also recommend this to protect your website from SQL injection attacks / scripts. it will be virtually impossible for someone to launch an attack if you have changed your joomla db prefix from the default jos_
