@thatfruitarianchick 'do some research'? 'Protein is not important'? Are you sure. Everything in your body from your organs to your hair is made from protein. Yes excess protein is bad for you just like excess carbs, salt or even water is bad for you. I do like my juices but theres no way i could just consume juices id have no muscle mass what so ever. Being a sports enthusiast that wouldnt be a good thing. Though i respect your descision to be a vegan, just not for me. :)

Foods that contian A LOT of protien :
-chicken
-wild rice (brown)
-eggs
-potato
-Bananas (very important)
-dates
- and beans
that's what i eat almost everyday.
