The river flooded again this spring, this time the carp are running.
This was pretty bad shot placement, but it was good enough to land the fish.
I don't have a fish scale, so I can only guess it was about a 10 pounder. It didn't fit in a 5 gallon bucket. Listen @1:54 (press 9) you can hear it bark!
Recorded in first-person with a little bubble gum spy camera held in my bow hand.

  • The worst part is when the water recedes and the carp get trapped and die. Used to happen around here....200 fish @ 20 pound apiece = 4,000 pounds of rotting fish. You don't want to be downwind!
