to be honest the rakk hive never bothered me, there is plenty of other mobs in that game that make it fit right in, i was just thinking. oh great that thing is huge!!!!, i thought i was going to be stomped to death in one move, kinda like groundshaker in kh2. fighting giants is intimidating but cool.
it seems like on one plays drakengard, that whole game in general could make the list, it is a psycho trip from beginning to end. and one of my fav games oddly enough.

@22jeyq Manhunt is partially a psychological horror game though, as disturbing as that sounds, it can't make the list for that reason.

@KBMadhouse Pigzy is a chainsaw weilding man dressed in a bloodstained pigskin and his voiceis extremely similar to Monster Ock from Spiderman 64.
