@boypula Of course you can!
But before doing that I would like to warn you that WP7.5 jailbreaking is in beginning stages now and you will have to face some limitations (like possible XBOX live ban).But since you are experienced with android rooting I would suggest you to go for it and keep it in mind that WP is not completely open-source like android so be a little careful about it. Refer to the internet thoroughly for more knowledge about the WP jailbreaking software 'Chevron'.

@prudics hes playing on a tv so the framerate is gonna be lower but if u play on the phone itself without connecting it (which slows it down) then it should run smoothly :P

@boypula Maybe there are not very engrossing games in WP marketplace atm but you can jailbreak a WP phone for 9$.

guys got a question for yall, since i have absolutely no clue as to what windows 7 offers, are there any decent games here like shadowgun or something. and does windows 7 have jailbreaks or rooting or whatever the hell it is called in a windows phone?

@boypula I think rooting is officially allowed for WP7 and you have some solutions in the Marketplace. As of games, I have no idea, they have som thousands on there, but I didnt play with any :-)
