A woman who came into our store the other day left me wanting to cry about how littel she cared about her two teen foster girls. She had a clothing voucher & was unwilling to spend $2 on the girls & fought to try to get out of paying for tampons for the poor girl. Foster parents should love them like their own, but most evidently don't. It left me feeling heartbroken. I can't believe how little some foster parents can care about the kids. They need CASA volunteers on their side.

I'm excited about this campaign, and encourage anyone who wants to impact a child's life in a profound and meaningful way to check into your local CASA or guardian ad litem organization. The benefits to the children are exponential; you will never again wonder why you were placed on this earth.

Not sure if it's my computer, but the audio is so low I am not able to hear what he's saying well. Other than that, I'm super excited to be a part of the national CASA rep movement!!
