In Traditional Healing Bhirha parts are used for its analgesic properties. Through Ethnobotanical surveys in different parts of Chhattisgarh I have collected information about over 200 Traditional Formulations in which Bhirha parts are added as Primary Ingredient. These Formulations are popular among the Healers. For 98 Formulations this time of the year i.e. mid April is considered best for collection of bark as well as new leaves.
