getting ripped.. i'm feeling fatigued in my body. no soreness, but may need to take a rest day in a day or 2. raw rocks my socks

  • You're not supposed to work out the same thing EVERYDAY. You're supposed to rest to let the body heal & hence, build muscle as it repairs.

  • @Ceraphinas I'm only do one set of each exercise, instead of 3-5 sets..

  • you eating enough fruit? replenishing the glycogen?

  • yes. 15 bananas, 6 oranges, 4 apples a day right now :)

  • around 2000 calories? is that enough?

  • im getting more than 3500. I eat 15+ large bananas, 6 oranges, 4 apples.. 3/4 cup of nuts. an avocado and a large salad.

  • @RawFoodVeganSungazer dude. if you eat more than 10 bananas a day you are unelievably likely to have a heart attack that same day, with the amount of potassium in your body. Too much of ANYTHING is bad for you. chill!!

  • I notice on raw and lifting weights for strength gains, I seriously need like 1-3 days rest before hitting the weights again... If I dont, i get overtrained.

  • Why do you look stronger in this video than you do in your later videos? Maybe the shadows and angle are right?
