@RawFoodVeganSungazer dude. if you eat more than 10 bananas a day you are unelievably likely to have a heart attack that same day, with the amount of potassium in your body. Too much of ANYTHING is bad for you. chill!!

I notice on raw and lifting weights for strength gains, I seriously need like 1-3 days rest before hitting the weights again... If I dont, i get overtrained.

@RawFoodVeganSungazer Holy crap tooooo much glucose, balance the sugar with some veggies.
You're not supposed to work out the same thing EVERYDAY. You're supposed to rest to let the body heal & hence, build muscle as it repairs.

im getting more than 3500. I eat 15+ large bananas, 6 oranges, 4 apples.. 3/4 cup of nuts. an avocado and a large salad.
