@HattieLovesCattie It's not the apartment that won't let me have it. It's the shelters. They won't adopt to you if you can't give a dog a yard.

@LisaBaby67 Do you know of anyone that can take the dog,like a friend?Can you find an apt that takes dogs?Can you put down a deposit at your place for a dog?

@HattieLovesCattie I wish I could. Nobody will let me adopt a dog because I don't have a yard. (Apartment living sucks) Meanwhile, my neighbors across the hall have 2 really big dogs. Guess it helped that they had them already when they moved in. :(

That poor baby. I wish I had that little dog. Who puts a dog out to stay outside in this weather?
