Hey Food Network ( and future fans!!) Here's my audition video for the Next Food Network Star. I mean, 3 minutes isn't a whole heck of a lot of time, but that just proves you can pull a healthy and quick meal together in no time!

I'm the girl all my friends go to for questions about health, nutrition, what to eat, what foods have important nutritional value, etc. I can't wait to share my information, personality, and motivation for healthy and delicious food to everyone! (Even people without a culinary degree like myself!)
