http://www.nowloss.com/how-to-make-your-muscles-get-bigger-stronger.htm = go there if you do not understand how to make your muscles bigger & stronger

Go here if you are skinny trying to gain more muscle mass: http://www.nowloss.com/how-to-gain-muscle-mass-lose-fat-fast-at-same-time.htm

Go here if you are fat trying to get ripped: http://www.nowloss.com/how-to-get-ripped.htm

To get bigger muscles means you basically have to...

1. Workout and then...
2. Workout again but with more intensity and...

That's all you need to do to get bigger muscles hence the paper & scissors analogy in the video you are watching now.

So each time you workout you need to beat your last workout (or attempt to do better) each and every time you workout if you want to get bigger and stronger muscles.

If you do the same workout over and over then you'll just get the same results which is fine if you want to maintain your current level of muscle mass.

  • AMAZING! KEEP IT UP!

  • nicely and perfecly explained lol

  • @devinebitch - Reps are short for repetition. So like say you are doing situps. 1,2,3,4,5 situps or (5 reps) equal one set. So say you do 3 sets of 5 reps, that means you did 15 situps.
