My daughter broke her Mahalo so after a trip to the tobacco shop and 25 minutes in the garage, I have a ghetto cigar box uke.
I wrote a quick 'song' to baptize the uke.

Love the song, too. I've had that feeling too, kept me warm during a New England snowstorm. I felt better when the hate finally dispersed though, but thankfully I didn't need it for thermal assistance anymore, 'cause spring had come around!
That is so amazing! I love the unique ukuleles made out of something else. I've looked at them online a few times--out of boxes and books and a slew of other things. They're so impressive. I am loving yours! Some day I'll go and get me a Frankenstein Ukulele (made out of bits and pieces :D) 'cause goodness knows I'd never be able to make them for myself. But I sure can admire them!
