Here is Lifeline Australia Advocate Shelley Craft talking about Stress Down Day - and why it is important to support Lifeline. On the 24th of July Get some slippers - Get your workplace or school involved - and raise some money for Lifeline.

Lifeline answers around 1200 calls per day, 40 or more of these are from people at high risk of suicide - so for some these calls are life saving.

Lifeline relies on volunteers, and on financial support from people like you. So go to www.stressdown.org.au and register to be part of this years event.
