Blunty3000 is giving you a chance to win your very own set of exclusive WOLVERINE CLAWS... Blunty giving away Sharpie, ^_^

Thanks to 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment celebrating the aussie DVD and Bluray release of X-Men origins; Wolverine which has taken over $17m at the local box office.

Terms and Conditions

Information on how to enter & prizes form part of these terms & conditions. Any entry not complying with these terms and conditions is invalid.

Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over. Employees of the Promoter, the Promoters associated companies, the Promoters agencies associated with this promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

The Promotion commences at 12.00am Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on Thursday 16 October 2009 & closes at 11.59pm AEST on Wednesday 28 October 2009 (Promotion Period).

To enter the prize draw, upload your video response to the Blunty3000 YouTube channel. You must incorporate the Wolverine Claws into your video as outlined by Blunty3000s promotional launch video i.e. making Wolverine claws and using them in humorous scenarios  Video content must not be longer than 1minute in total.

Entry is limited to once per person.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process, including but not limited to the utilisation of techniques designed to make multiple entries or for submitting an entry that is not in accordance with these conditions of entry.

All valid entries received during the Promotion Period will be entered in the major prize draw.

Prize is 1 x original replica Wolverine Claws, 1 x limited edition Wolverine art giclee (animation cell) and 1 x Wolverine DVD box set valued at up to $2,013.45 recommended retail price (RRP). There is 1 prize pack to be awarded.

The prize draw will be conducted at 10am on 30 October 2009 at Suite 102,  490 Crown Street, Surry Hills NSW 2010. The winner will be notified by email or through private message through Youtube

Prize is not transferable & cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise stipulated.

The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

Promoters decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Prize will only be delivered in Australia and the winner should allow 28 days from prize draw for delivery of their prize.

If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, whether caused by infection by computer virus, mobile phone failure, line drop out, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion, (subject to any written direction given by a relevant Regulatory Authority), to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion. The Promoter may in its sole discretion disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.

Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoters database. The Promoter is not responsible for receipt of incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information caused by an entrant or occurring during transmission. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone, telephone or computer network, or lines, servers, or telephone or internet providers, traffic congestion on any phone or computer network, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants or any other persons handset or computer related to or resulting from participation or sending or receiving of any communication or of any materials in this promotion.
