You cant feel it in your abbs,because it only works on the lower back....

They are making money on people,that dosent know anything about training.

Someone left me this after moving out, had to work out how to use it, now I have I cannot feel a thing. This machine would be good for someone who is very obese, or is middle aged plus, and has never done a sit up in their life. This machines is good for getting your self up to a normal level of strength if you are severly abnormaly weak in the abdominal area, you can work your way up to being able to do normal sit ups without doing yourself an injury

Big rip-off machine! You'll get far better results doing sit-ups old fashion way. I wouldn't pay $10 for this piece of sh**!
