A powerlifting workout 26th of march 2007 in KK-67. Highlights: Holminator 10x200 kg squat, Gilberg 8x180 kg squat without belt, Dahl 1x330 kg squat equipped and Tiller 2x270 kg squat equipped. Bonus: bench with chains, Gilberg testing squat equipped, some closegrip boardpresses and stiffleg deadlifts.

  • i would recommend this workout to anyone......it totally shocked my whole body.

    powerlifters workouts are the best for strength and stamina.

    im only 180lb guys so don't critisize the weight. there are higher reps involved here. i do max out on on higher weight normally.

  • friday 24/04/09 i did a powerlifters workout, it included:-

    5 sets squats

    5 sets dead lift

    5 sets bench press

    i did varying weight from 60kg to 120 kg on the squats and the dead lift, 20 reps low weight and about 12-15 for the heavier.

    bench press is my weakest and i aimed for 20 reps and went down to 12 reps for the heavier weight which is 80 kg on that day.

    today is monday.....3 days after the workout. My legs have been in agony all weekend. this was my intense workout for ages!!!!

  • I just don't get why you have to call me names and stuff, i'm giving my opinion. I can squat 200 and I know that may not be alot. I respect what they do, but I want them to do it right, they could seriously injure themselves.
