really good video but i was wondering if you could do a video on what the water marker actually does or just tell me because i bought one and i don't know what it does and what i should do to it.

Can the writing tip side of the Stampin' Up marker also be refilled?

When you refill one side, it fils the whole thing :) Just make sure you store it horizontally.
