  • @chubbyteen1228 Thanks!! :) I have a membership at a local gym. They have amazing classes. I take a class that does a full weights workout once or twice a week, I also do an hour of cardio maybe two times a week, light jog on a treadmill or use a stair climber. I also go for a few small walks and one long one during the week, usually 5 km or more.
