Howto Install Eclipse & Android SDK's in Ubuntu

When type in terminal ""sudo apt-get install eclipse"" then i see this error message.
E: Could not get lock /var/lib/dpkg/lock - open (11: Resource temporarily unavailable)
E: Unable to lock the administration directory (/var/lib/dpkg/), is another process using it?
Now what can i do?

@2111thekiller did u tried ubuntu software center? i dont know if all the versions of ubuntu are the same but if u have the ubuntu software center u can find java eclipse netbeans or what ever u need to start...

will not let me install android development tool on eclipse i can get to were you choose the package but it wll not let me install android development tool

Starting Android SDK and AVD Manager

You need to have Java installed.. Try "sudo apt-get install java" first

Install eclipse from eclipse.org instead of using the sudo apt-get install eclipse..
That should do it.
