@sofroniaful Helter-Sketlter is by definition to basically be unconscious. Being hurried, worried or thrown off balance by some external force. I interpreted it as a line to nourish the body and mind any way possible by being conscious. The Beatles have a tune called Helter Skelter :) very dark sounding. One of their grungiest.
