  • I want elbow airflares too, and to do that I'm mastering halos. I went to Korea and practiced with a bunch of those crews, and they told me to get good at halos because it's the same leg/hip motion and catching motion as elbow airflares and regular airflares. It'll make perfect sense once you start getting halos. I hope that helped.

    To BboyChungViN - good job, keep practicing, you're on the way to the top! You're probably a lot better already seeing as this was posted almost 5 months ago.

  • yo man, just wanted to say ur SO GOOD... u probly knew that already haha, but i dont see how anyone cud hate on you.. anyways i was wondering if you could hlep me with elbow airflares(since you obviously are proficient in them! haha).. anyways, I can do elbow stands pretty well, i got pretty good balance and can hold for a minute if i want.. I was wondering if you could guide me through doing an elbow airflare tho(im CW btw).. And i am not a newb, i ahve down foundation, mills, etc. thanks!

  • you should tuck in the front part of your shirt to keep it from falling haha
