This is a conversation between Mr. Lee Kum Gooi and the Eon Bank staff, Mr Lee is one of the credit card holder of this bank. Mr. Lee had seek finacial help from this bank but he didn't get the help indeed what he got is the staff keep arguing with Mr. Lee with his account statement. Mr. Lee is very upset with this kind of service they are giving to a fellow Malaysian in Thailand when he's in need, moreover Mr. Lee is a senior citizen of Malaysia and currently seeking for finacial help to return to Malaysia. When card holders need help, they would call up to the card center to seek for assistance but in this case the bank staff not only didn't provide assitance but he keep on arguing about Mr. Lee account statement and the staff is only focusing on the 'Call For Cash' topic. The purposed of this video is to let the world know, when one's in need of help, they will do anything to save themself no matter what kind of consequence they may ended in the end. We hoped that anyone had view this video to come forward and help Mr. Lee so he may return to Malaysia safely. All that Mr. Lee is asking for is another RM 2100 to pay for his air flight returning to Malaysia and this RM 2100 can't be use for life. I hoped all this has opened the eyes of the Malaysian and how the bank treat a Malaysian abroad.

  • Mr LEE...if u dont have money or budget dont going travel even shopping in m'sia by using the credit card...be shy t your self...

  • you are foolish your self by reveal your conversation with your bank to public. . Now your reveal all your details and it is very risky.. before you go to any vacation make sure you have enough money or sufficient credit card limit for you to use. This is not the bank fault

  • before going to Thailand check ur account first laa...ayyoooo.....

  • Eon Bank even sent bills to me even though I don"t have any card issued by them. Can anyone ADVISE how to make EON pay for their mistake
