  • Thanks for answering my question, pal.

  • @btuck1223 No problem bro ;)

  • Zak. What about a glass of spring water, lemon juice, MSM and Camu Camu powder after a workout?

  • Go for it :)

  • I didnt get the algae's name...After Spirulina?

  • Klamath Lake algae is Aphanizomenon flos-aquae (often called AFA). E3live is a brand name for this type of blue green algae.

  • I may not have emphasized this enough, but I am NOT recommended biotin as a supplement AT ALL, for this and many other reasons! Thanks for pointing this out :)

  • Yeah, flu-like symptoms is what I've had for a few days now, clearing up... die off for sure :p You can see how pasty I am in this vid :p

I'd say coffee has more of a "chi tonic" effect, except it's not a tonic herb at all. Long term use definitely depletes the adrenals... Actually over use of ginseng when it's not appropriate can deplete the adrenals as well (and it's a chi tonic).

Cacao is stimulating, but it does build that core energy because it's so high in minerals and neurotransmitters.
