Thanks for the very easy-to-understand video. I wish you'd post another vid or re-do this and show how to fill the needle(s)/what dosage. I spent sooo much time trying to figure out how much/to what mark I fill the diabetic needle.

And I wanted to say Hi and you did a great job in your video, But I have a question in Dr. Simeons Protocol there is NO mention of the use of the vitamin B-12 nor injecting it, and you did not mention nor show it in your video. Did you also take the B-12 and if so how do we know how much to take and why are sooo many people adding B-12 to this already fabulously working system? Thank you for your response

Great vid. Prepped my hcg for the 1st time today, and felt I like totally blew it. It took forever. I was so nervous. The top did not go bck on the bac water. I used aluminum foil to cover it and my hcg vial and placed them in the fridge. Is this ok?

Ok if you did your research well enough, you will know that most people usually mix their hcg batches for 23 days. If your doing a 43 day program, it is adviced to mix one batch for 23 days, and then another batch for 23 more days. i hope you understand.
