  • John 3:16 ¶For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. (except of course if you are a mormon).

  • @thomasanswers God reaches people where they are at, but he loves them too much to leave them there.

  • Christian Apologist? This is a new term for me. What are you apologizing for? What gives you the right to be some sort of judge? I am not a fan of Mitt, so I am not writing for reasons of politics. I find it unpalatable that you sit in front of your computer spouting about who is right and who is wrong when not one single person knows if any of the religious belief systems even matter. Is your answer "because the bible tells me so"? It is NOT your job to judge others beliefs.

  • @voyrrr If it is wrong to tell people that they are wrong, then why did you bother to make your comment? I'll give you a taste of your own medicine. Ready? Here goes.

What gives you the right to judge me? I find it unpalatable that you sit behind your keyboard spouting about how I am wrong for telling people they are wrong. Is it because you haven't thought your argument through? It is NOT your job to tell me what I can and cannot do or how to think.

    Does that sound about right?

  • @EvidenceMinistries Oh what a good and loving Christian you are. Reactive, hypocritical, and prideful. Not surprising for someone who starts their own internet ministry.

  • @voyrrr- Wow. You really are judgmental aren't you?

  • @MegaOlive93 You sound angry and full of hate. Shouting, "WE ARE CHRISTIANS" doesn't mean it is true.

  • @MegaOlive93

I feel no hatred or anger towards Mormons.

It is your Doctrines than offend me.

Was God once a man, like me?

Will I eventually be a God if I follow all of the teachings and ordinances of Mormonism?

Did God (Heavenly Father) come to Earth and have sex with Mary (the mother of Jesus)?

Do I need Joseph Smith's permission to enter the Celestial Kingdom?

If you can answer "Yes" to even one of those questions please take the name of Jesus off your 'Church'.

    Because they are all lies.

  • @hammerogod Yes, that's it. You've got me pegged! Sheesh. Anyway, as I've said, I read all this anti-Mormon stuff years ago when I was first investigating the church! I wanted to be sure of what I was doing, because this was a big step for me--nobody in my family was Mormon. And I did receive flack from friends and family who didn't understand! But I knew I had to join the Church. It's the true church and will bring you closer to Jesus Christ and the Bible than any other church!

    2 Timothy 3:16

"All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness"

When someone is as wrong as the Mormons are it is the DUTY of all Christians to point out Scriptural Truth.

It is not done out of hatred, it is not done out of pride, anger or any motive beside Love.

I love you, God loves you.

He does not want you to follow a false prophet into Hell.

If it makes you mad it's because Satan is mad.

  • @peaceliberty4all

    Where did the "Atonement" occur?

  • @cindybin2001 Uh Huh..I get it. It comes down to a few options: #1- You don't know LDS Doctrine. #2- You are not being honest. #3- You are afraid to admit that LDS Doctrine is totally Heretical. #4- You really don't care what God said and you are following Joseph Smith instead. Since you are a "Convert" I hope you knew what you were doing when you made your choice. I hope you thought it over. Jesus Christ is Lord and God. There is no other God, never was, never will be. Praise to His Name.
  • @hammerogod Um....maybe.

  • @cindybin2001 Yes Cindy, I do understand the teachings of the LDS. I understand them very well. You didn't answer any of the questions I asked. So I will ask them again: ~ Was God once a Man, like me? ~ Did God come to Earth and have physical sex with Mary (the mother of Jesus)? ~ Is Joseph Smith going to judge me and allow or deny me access to heaven? Just answer the questions with a Yes or a No...it's very simple. I don't need a lesson in LDS Doctrine or Theology...Just "Yes" or "No".
