President Obama speaks to graduates of the New Economic School which opened in 1992 in Moscow amidst turbulently changing times in a once venerably dreadful country.
Obama said, "People everywhere should have the right to do business or get an education without paying a bribe," he said. "That is not an American idea or a Russian idea; that's how people and countries will succeed in the 21st century."

lol that still doesnt mean nothing...it just means that obama knows how to bring the Lube to make the agendas easier to swallow...Regaurdless who the president is, only difference with obama is that he is very good at selling anything that the real leaders are wanting to do. The president's are the fall takers and the salesmen to the public
