Wiffleball Pitching 8

August Wiffle session.
Expanded my arsenal greatly from previous session.
Using the stretch now, which gives me slightly better control.
Pitches:
Slider- Threw anywhere from straight over the top to almost sidearm, good mix of velocity and speed.
Drop- Re-figured out how to throw this pitch, just need a little release point work.
Changeup- Easy pitch to throw and control, just need to make sure it isnt tipped.
Screwball- A little release point work will have this pitch working nicely.
Riser- Probably won't use it much since the 3/4 slider gets the job done.

Sweet upgrade on the zone!

You're doing a great job of hammering the Slider down and in, and trusting in the movement. Just a thought; with the pitch at 1:15, you opened up your hips and threw your Screwball with confidence. That's the sign of a good pitch, just watch Jared from GSWL!

Thanks man! The screwball is the one pitch I need to work on most, I just raised my arm angle a touch from my drop, I now need a consistence release. Do you throw your screw football style, or just 3/4 across your body?

I throw it 3/4 with a loose wrist, and the harder I throw it the more movement.

But my grip is totally deterrent from yours, I go fingers together up on-top of the holes.
